Dawn of the Dead (2004) on Netflix Watch Instantly Until Apr. 1

Being a big fan of George Romero's classic Dawn of the Dead, I was reluctant in 2004 to watch the remake, but I did, and I actually enjoyed it. While the original still reigns supreme, I can recommend this zombie fest. I just watched it for the second time a few days ago on Netflix's Watch Instantly feature. If you're a Netflix member, you have until April 1, to watch Dawn of the Dead (2004) instantly.

I hook my laptop to my television and enjoy viewing the Netflix Watch Instantly movies in my living room on my big screen TV.

Sleepy Hollow (1999) Trailer

Over the years, this film has not only become a staple in my Halloween season viewing, but is indeed one of my favorite supernatural horror movies, great all year round. Johnny Depp, one of today's finest actors, delivers a stellar performance again for Tim Burton. The film is loaded with head decapitations, blood and even humor. The music by Danny Elfman is outstanding. A must-have for soundtrack fans.

It's hard to believe that this fall will mark 10 years since its original release date. Enjoy the trailer.
